Best Male Performance Nomination for International Academy of Web Television Awards

I am honored to be among the nominees for Best Male Performance in a Comedy for the Inaugural International Academy of Web Television Awards to be held in Las Vegas, January 12th, 2012. I share the nomination with three very talented, funny guys: Sandeep Parikh (The Guild), Jeff Lewis (The Guild, The Jeff Lewis 5-Minute Comedy Hour) and Yuri Baranovsky (Leap Year).

My web series, SOLO: The Series, garnered a total of four nominations including: Best Directing (Comedy) – Frederick Snyder, Best Design – Jonathan Nail & Michael Levinson and Best Original Music – Rob Gokee. I am extremely proud of my team. And congratulations to all the nominees. I’ll see you in Vegas, baby!

I can’t hide my inner comedic child. I walk into a dramatic audition and inevitably I make the producers laugh. I can’t help it. So, instead of hiding from the truth, I’m going to polish up my comedy chops and let them shine! I am currently training at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade in Los Angeles, and having a blast!
